New to CrossFit and want to try our on-ramp (aka - fundamental) classes? No problem! Fundamental classes are scheduled on an individual basis, based upon the athlete's schedule. Please contact Shannon McDaniel, Iron Bridge Owner and Head Coach, to schedule fundamentals.
