Comp Training




We have three questions for you:

  1. Have you been crushing your workouts lately?

  2. Are those PR’s and Rx’s coming a little too easy?

  3. Do you want to prepare for the CrossFit Open or another competition?


If you have answered yes to any of these questions, then perhaps our competitive training WOD is just what you may need. At 9:00 a.m. every Saturday, Iron Bridge athletes and athletes from surrounding gyms, join us for a challenge, more intense WOD that helps you prepare for competitions like the Open.


Comp Training is not only for the elite athletes, however, because we also offer a scaled option for each workout. The goal of this class is to push every athlete to challenge and tackle their own personal records and times. The workouts will have gymnastics, barbell and endurance components.

Iron Bridge athletes have access to all of our Saturday classes, including Comp Training. Athletes from surrounding gyms are welcome to join us for any Saturday class by way of our punch cards. It’s a great way to change up the scenery without leaving your home gym! Drop ins are also welcome to join in on the class. When you’re ready for the challenge come out and try this WOD!
