What is CrossFit Gymnastics?
In CrossFit, body-weight movements are considered gymnastics. These movements include air squats, push-ups, pull-ups, handstand walks, among others.
These skills, based upon the sport of gymnastics, are applied to workouts. Never tried attempting an aspect of gymnastics? No worries! Our coaches know how to modify all movements for athletes of all skill levels. You will still endure a great workout, even if you aren't walking around on your hands or performing muscle-ups.

Our gymnastics classes are coached by Iron Bridge coach and owner, Shannon McDaniel. Shannon has years of CrossFit experience backed by decades of gymnastics knowledge. Her experience stems years as a gymnast and gymnastics coach in Germany.
