Do you have friends and family who would like to try CrossFit style workouts but are concerned about their current fitness or athletic ability? Maybe they have not had the push to try CrossFit? This class at 10 a.m. on Saturdays is for them! This class will always be a team WOD based upon simplified CrossFit movements. You can work out with your kids during this time!
We don't have machines, you are the machine. You will get results when you work with our coaches to push yourself beyond where you think you can.

This training program is full of simple, scalable movements that allow a person to move relatively large loads of weight from point A to point B. Strong (Wo)Man Training is functional and builds strength and endurance.
The strongman style of training involves heavier lifts and lower-intensity conditioning (don't worry - you won't be running miles on end), which mesh together as a great supplement to any training regimen!
Shred is a high intensity, cardiovascular workout with all your favorite movements but without a barbell. Shred incorporates group training with experienced coaches who work with you to meet your fitness goals. This one-hour, cardiovascular class focus on strength training, endurance, balance, agility and flexibility.
No prior experience needed but expect to sweat and shred your body!
(Now included in standard Iron Bridge CrossFit Membership)
IS THIS FOR ME?
We created Iron Bridge so that we can help people achieve their goals. We train athletes of all ages and athletic levels.
We are able to do this because we rely on "functional movement." We only ask you to move in ways your body was intended to move. How fast you do that or how much weight you use is adjusted to where you are in your fitness journey. Every workout can be modified based upon the person performing the movements.
We don't care where you start. You just tell us where you want to finish and we'll get you there.
