Shred is a high intensity, cardiovascular workout with all your favorite movements but without a barbell. Shred incorporates group training with experienced coaches who work with you to meet your fitness goals. This one-hour, cardiovascular class focus on strength training, endurance, balance, agility and flexibility.
No prior experience needed but expect to sweat and shred your body!
Tuesday & Thursday at 9:00-10:00 a.m.
Forget the barbell, we work with body weight and occasionally utilize dumbbells.
