Our beginner's special is geared toward everyone; whether you're a former athlete, or looking to try a workout regimen for the first time. These classes prep individuals at their own pace to learn the fundamental movements of CrossFit. Join a fit family filled with athletes of all skill levels. Our members range from 10 years of experience to 10 days.
The Iron Bridge CrossFit supportive coaching staff and members create an environment where individuals grow both in physical fitness and as a person. We offer classes ranging from CrossFit to Olympic Weightlifting to Nutrition Counseling. The Iron Bridge community quickly becomes an extended family of individuals who motivate and push each other.
