I started Crossfit in 2011 in my parents garage gym. It was love at first workout. Not only was I immediately drawn to the specific type of training and the results, I was even more impressed by the camraderie, community, and compassion the sport itself created amongst complete strangers. A few months into joining my local crossfit gym, I began interning and sitting in on fundamentals classes. I have been coaching athletes of all levels and who come from all different walks of life since 2015.
We get to choose who we want to be each and every day that we wake up. Fear and self doubt are the greatest enemies of human potential. Create the change. Take action. Turn the doubt into positive self talk. Surround yourself with like minded individuals. Build a village.
I truly believe I was put on this earth to guide others on their self discovery journies through both the successes as well as trials and tribulations. I love to see huge wins, but I also love to navigate the challenges, both physically and mentally, that may arise with clients and members. As a new mom, I believe that I have the power to shape the future through health and wellness. I coach others to set the example for the next generation. As a community, we have the power to pass down sustainable habits when it comes to fitness and food, and model healthy relationships with our bodies.
