Open Gym is permitted during class time (except during Longevity), but the class always has priority over space and equipment. You must reserve a spot via our app (PushPress) during the time you'd like to participate in open gym. Please be respectful during instruction time.

​New to CrossFit and want to try our on-ramp (aka - fundamental) classes? No problem! Fundamental classes are scheduled on an individual basis, based upon the athlete's schedule. Please contact Shannon McDaniel, Iron Bridge Owner and Head Coach, to schedule fundamentals.
