A coach will greet you and answer any questions you might have before class. Each class is started by the coach by explaining the workout in detail and going through a warm up together. All of our coaches are trained to modify or scale the workout to fit your abilities and fitness level.
Expect to spend a full hour of working out, so come in workout clothes, bring a water bottle and be ready to sweat! This will be the best hour of your day!
Once you decide we are what you've been looking for and want to join, we will schedule your four fundamental (personal training) classes to teach you all the movements you will do in class. (See our section on Fundamentals for more info!)
Nothing. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or it's the first time you have ever stepped foot in a gym, this is your starting point.
