Fundamentals are four one-on-one personal training sessions that will teach you all the movements that you will do in class. We emphasize proper technique and how to modify any movement to your fitness level. You'll also get a great workout at the end of each class.
At the end of each class you will have a CrossFit style workout with the movements you just learned. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun.
Once you are competent in the movements we use daily in CrossFit you may graduate to our regular CrossFit classes and get the full CrossFit experience!
